Pasta Recipes
I know pasta like I know my name! My mom was half Italian, so we were raised on delicious dishes like Claire's Special Spaghetti Egg Extravaganza and Easy Shrimp Scampi, as well as classics such as New England American Chop Suey and Spinach Mushroom Fettucini Alfredo. Given my level of comfort, I'm not afraid to boldly try new (to me) pasta dishes, like Crispy Tofu Curry Noodle and Devious Chicken Curry Noodle. But my specialty and passion is Gnocchi whether with red gravy or white, as in Gnocchi with Pancetta, Mushrooms and Spinach.
