Meat and Poultry Recipes
I always advocate an overall diet balanced in proteins, fats, and carbohydrates (sugars) derived from a wide variety of foods. Since my vegetarian days however, I've expanded my view of meat and poultry as the primary (read: best) sources of protein, although I still love and enjoy them with great regularity. Some really great recipes to mix up your rotation are Swedish Meatballs with Sour Cream Sauce, Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb, Chicken Cacciatore, and Moist Pork Chops.
