Caramel Macchiato Stout Cocktail
If you love caramel macchiatos, you will adore this caramel macchiato stout cocktail recipe!
Ooo-la-la! This is such an interesting cocktail! Do you love sweet drinks? Then this cocktail is for you!
Do you love caramel macchiatos? This caramel macchiato stout cocktail is for you.
“But what about you Elaine? Do you like it?”
I look straight into the camera and declare, “No, I find it too sweet.” Then I blink about ten times rapidly.
Why am I blinking? Because, it’s weird for me to write about a cocktail I wouldn’t drink. But, although I don’t like it, I can still blog about it. Because other people will love this drink.
Just not me.
Coffee shop fact
I stopped going to a very popular coffee shop because they annoy me every time I go there.
Every.
Time.
It’s become so annoying that I knew I had to stop going or I’d do my best imitation of an Olympic gymnast, vault over the counter and throttle every employee in sight.
There will be cheers from the patrons and groans from the employees.
Will they all deserve a roundhouse kick to the head? No, probably not that day. But I bet they’ve been sassy and annoying at some point.
My why
That is why I won’t go back. I like my freedom and don’t want to chance a trip to the Big House because of my actions.
But, back to the caramel macchiato stout cocktail. Whenever I USED to buy a caramel macchiato at that coffee shop, I would ask for one pump of the flavoring instead of the four it came with and not get any caramel drizzle. I still thought it was too sweet.
So if I were to drink this caramel macchiato cocktail, I would drink it sans the Kahlúa and vodka.
See? No sweetener. Just stout. And that’s not this.
Here’s a cocktail I use this delicious vodka in that is perfectly balanced: Jaye’s caramel apple cider spritzer

How to make this cocktail
We have Guinness stout, kissed caramel vodka and Kahlúa.
Let’s get started.
First, I get my glass, which happens to be something you would drink an IPA out of, because I like the way it looks.
I then measure out 1 ounce of kissed caramel vodka.
I pour it into the glass.
Next up is 1 ounce of Kahlúa!
Now, to finish up, I pour the whole bottle of Guinness into the glass, being careful to not allow a big head to form.
Let’s get a little closer.
And the obligatory vertical shot.
I hope you enjoyed this recipe!
Please feel free to leave me a comment and rating. I so appreciate it!

I have never tough that you can make a caramel cocktail. I have to give it shot. Are you sure that sugar is 0g?
Hi! The infused caramel vodka makes it yummy. And you are right, there is sugar in the kahlúa. When I generate the nutritional info, I just focus on the calories. Thank you for your comment.
