– Gather the ingredients – baked potato, bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chives.

– Place the butter in the glass bowl.

– Add sour cream.

– Add garlic powder and a little more than half the cheese.

– Scoop the cooked potato flesh out of the skin, leaving behind a small amount still attached to the skin.

– Mash the potato with the rest of the ingredients. Dice the green onion and add to the potato mixture.

– Add half the bacon to the potatoes and mix.

– Preheat the air fryer oven. Set the timer. – As the air fryer heats up, stuff the potato. Scoop the potato mixture into the skin. Sprinkle bacon bits on top.

– Sprinkle cheese on top of the bacon. Once the oven has finished preheating, take the basket out and place the potato halves in it.

– Replace the basket and air fry. When the cheese is melted to your taste, you can take the potatoes out and plate them.
