This spinach crab quesadillas are so delicious and satisfying.

For the Quesadillas

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 ounces spinach cut into smaller pieces
  • salt
  • ounces crabmeat drained
  • pieces muenster cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican cheese
  • flour tortilla fajita size
  • Cooking spray


  • Refried beans
  • Salsa
  • Tortilla chips


  • Making the Crab Quesadillas
  • Heat sauté pan on medium and add olive oil, add spinach and salt and sauté spinach for 5 minutes
  • Heat another sauté pan (or same one) on medium/low, add cooking spray and add a flour tortilla, muenster cheese and Mexican cheese.  Cover and let cheese melt
  • Add crabmeat and spinach, re-cover pan and once the flour tortilla browns, fold it over
  • Plate with some beans, salsa and chips
  • Cut crab quesadillas in half
  • Eat
  • Smile
  • Enjoy


I only made one quesadilla, but you can make as many as you want!!
