Lime Infused Vodka
This lime infused vodka recipe is unbelievably easy to make and requires just 2 ingredients. It’s perfect for adding a refreshing citrus flavor to your favorite vodka cocktails!

6 medium limes (washed - see notes) 2 cups vodka
Wash the jar with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Slice 3 of the limes into wheels and cut the other 3 in wedges.

Place the cut limes in the jar.
Pour the vodka over the limes. Make sure to leave at least an inch to the top of the jar.

Cap the jar and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
Place in a cool, dark, dry place. I put mine in the refrigerator. Shake 2 times a day for 5 days total.
Place the sieve in the big bowl, line the sieve with the cheesecloth.
Carefully pour the contents of the jar into the sieve. Let the vodka totally from the limes.
Pour the lime vodka into a bottle or another clean jar. You can store the vodka in your bar. There is no need to refrigerate it unless you want to.
