This delicious basil, parsley pesto spread is so versatile and you can use it in many dishes or just on a piece of bread!

- 6 cups basil fresh, loosely packed
- 2 cups parsley fresh, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice usually one small lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Grab your food processor
Measure out the basil
Measure out the parsley
Set aside
Place the nuts in food processor and process for 1 minute or until nuts are right size
Add parsley, basil, salt, olive oil and lemon juice
Process until smooth and creamy
Taste to see if it needs more lemon juice, salt or oil
Put in glass jar or container
