Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Mushrooms

This marinated pork tenderloin is so easy to make and delicious to eat.  The slow cooker makes it turn out moist every time!

Ingredients

Let's Start

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (or larger)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste (equivalent to 2 cloves garlic, crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 10 ounces sliced portobello mushrooms

    Gallon ziplock bag

      Slow cooker

        Instructions

        • Place tenderloin and all the other ingredients except the mushrooms in the gallon bag
        • Massage the bag, making sure the pork is covered with the marinade
        • Refrigerate for an hour or overnight, whichever is easier for you
        • Get slow cooker and empty bag into it
        • Add package of mushrooms
        • Set slow cooker on low and set timer for 3.5 hours
        • Plate pork tenderloin and spoon mushrooms and marinade on top
        • Slice pork tenderloin in inch slices
        • Plate pork with some pasta and veggie
        • Eat
        • Smile

        • Enjoy

        Notes

        If you marinate the pork overnight, I didn't count it in the time.
