Notes

Tips to make the blueberry mint cosmo:
  • Use the best quality vodka you can afford
  • Use fresh mint without blemishes
  • Muddling mint will cause some bruising, it’s all good. You want the mint to release the flavors
  • If you don’t have a muddler, use the back of a wooden spoon
  • If you don’t mind spending a fortune, buy pure blueberry juice instead of the pomegranate/blueberry mixture
  • I don’t mind the pomegranate/blueberry juice, I don’t think you will either. It’s ⅓ of the price of the pure juice
  • Wash the blueberries before using. I place them in a strainer and run water over them. I pick up as many blueberries in my hands and squirt some natural non-scented soap in my hands and gently rub them over the berries. Then I rinse them off with cold water.
