Notes

Helpful tips
  • Rosé pairs so nicely with strawberries but you could use any berry in this cocktail
  • Be sure to wash your strawberries well as they are one of the top fruits that have heavy pesticides
  • Make sure to fill your ice cube trays with rosé at least 8 hours before you need them, I usually freeze them the night before
  • I use a big silicone ice cube tray, but normal sized ice cube trays are okay
  • You don’t need a really expensive rosé, try it with a mid-level wine
  • Use a good blender, if you don’t have a good one, you’ll just need to process it longer
  • Adjust the amount of ice cubes to your taste, the more ice cubes, the thicker the cocktail will be
  • Slit the bottom of a few strawberries for the garnish
Strawberries aren’t the sweetest fruit, so don’t forget the grenadine, as you will need it for color and its sweet flavor
