Sangria Cocktail

This delicious and easy sangria recipe will hit the spot!

  • ½ lemon cut in half then muddled
  • ½ lime cut in half then muddled
  • 5 - 6 cherries pits removed and muddled
  • 4 ounces red wine
  • 1 ½ ounces apricot brandy
  • ¾ ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • Club soda


  • Place the fruit in an empty shaker and muddle to release juices, remove to a glass bowl and set aside
  • Fill shaker ½ way with ice
  • Add wine, brandy, Cointreau and orange juice
  • Cap shaker and shake 10 times
  • Pour into tulip shaped glass or large wine glass
  • Fill to almost to the top with club soda, leaving a little room for some of the fruit
  • Gently place a lime and all the cherries into the sangria
  • Lift the glass to your lips
  • Sip
  • Smile
  • Enjoy
