Herb Roasted Cauliflower

This flavorful and delicious roasted cauliflower is a hit at your next meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets of various sizes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or more if needed
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Place cut up cauliflower in large mixing bowl
  • Add the olive oil, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder tarragon, salt and pepper
  • Mix with rubber spatula, coating all the florets
  • Place on pizza stone or lined jelly roll pan
  • Place pan in oven
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring and flipping every 10 minutes
  • Remove
  • Glory in the roastedness
  • Spoon cauliflower into serving bowl
  • Snag a floret with your fingers and pop it in your mouth
  • Place bowl on table
  • Spoon onto plate along with a yummy main dish
