This healthy, slightly spicy mayonnaise is truly delicious and a great condiment on your sandwich!

- 1 medium avocado halved, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
Get a medium mixing bowl
Scoop out the avocado and add to the bowl
Mash with either fork or back of a tablespoon
Add onion powder, chipotle powder, lime juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Mix with rubber spatula
Scoop into jar
Spoon some in your mouth
Dart your eyes around looking for competition
Hide jar in refrigerator
Spread on bread
Eat from jar
