Best From Scratch Brownies

This Ooey-Gooey brownie is made from scratch and is so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips additional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place butter in sauce pan and melt
  • Add sugar and 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir for 2 minutes or until chips melt
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs and vanilla and whisk to mix
  • In a large mixing bowl add flour, cocoa powder and salt
  • Whisk until mixed
  • Add whisked eggs and vanilla to dry ingredients
  • Add butter/sugar/chocolate mixture
  • With a spatula, mix until just about mixed
  • Add chocolate chips and continue mixing until just mixed (Do not over mix)
  • Grease 8 x 8 baking dish
  • Place batter in baking dish, spread it out evenly
  • Pop in oven
  • Bake for 25 - 30 min
  • Allow to fully cool before cutting into brownies
  • Cut a huge piece and laugh your head off
  • Or cut a normal piece
