This Ooey-Gooey brownie is made from scratch and is so delicious!

- 10 tablespoons butter melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs whisked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips additional
Preheat oven to 350 F
Place butter in sauce pan and melt
Add sugar and 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir for 2 minutes or until chips melt
In a medium mixing bowl, add eggs and vanilla and whisk to mix
In a large mixing bowl add flour, cocoa powder and salt
Whisk until mixed
Add whisked eggs and vanilla to dry ingredients
Add butter/sugar/chocolate mixture
With a spatula, mix until just about mixed
Add chocolate chips and continue mixing until just mixed (Do not over mix)
Grease 8 x 8 baking dish
Place batter in baking dish, spread it out evenly
Pop in oven
Bake for 25 - 30 min
Allow to fully cool before cutting into brownies
Cut a huge piece and laugh your head off
Or cut a normal piece
