Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 onions medium sized, sliced thin rings
  • 2 red bell peppers medium sized, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder or more if you like spicier
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste or 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 pound sirloin tips cut into a little bigger than bite sized pieces

Add ons

  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 3 cups Spinach chopped up
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 4 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Guacamole

Instructions

Let's get on it!

  • Heat sauté pan or wok on medium, add olive oil
  • Add onions, peppers, cumin, chipotle, salt and garlic and sauté for 10 - 15 minutes until done to your liking
  • Remove veggies from pan and add sirloin steak pieces and sauté for 7 - 8 minutes
  • Gather all the add ons and place them on the table
  • Build your steak fajita burrito bowl in this order: handful of chopped spinach, beans, corn, peas, onions and peppers, steak, guacamole and sour cream
