Notes

Tips for making the Blueberry Daiquiri
  1. You don't have to use the best quality liquor in these daiquiris, although you can if you want
  2. You won't get a vibrant blue cocktail, more reddish because of the color of lime juice
  3. Wash the blueberries well before blending them or eating them, for that matter
  4. Use a high powered blender
  5. Even though I say 2 cups, the amount of ice you use is dependent on the size of your blender
  6. The more ice you use, the thicker your blueberry daiquiri will be
  7. Use whatever glassware you have on hand, but the tulip glass is the traditional way to serve a daiquiri.  I also love showing off this cocktail in a few different shaped glasses
