wide mouth 2 cup ball jar
Ingredients
1/2
cup
rolled oats
2
teaspoons
protein powder
2
teaspoons
cocoa powder
1/8
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
milk
1/2
cup
greek yogurt
plain
2
tablespoons
Raspberries
2
tablespoons
Blueberries
2
tablespoons
Strawberries
2
tablespoons
Pecans
Instructions
Place rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder and salt in a jar
Add milk and yogurt and stir together and cap the jar
Place in the refrigerator overnight
Wash berries and cut up strawberries
Spoon 1/2 of the overnight oats into clean ball jar
Add 1/2 the berries
Spoon the rest of the oats over berries
Add the rest of the berries over the oats
Sprinkle some pecans over the berries
Eat out of jar
