Best Blue Cheese Dressing Ever

This easy and delicious blue cheese dressing recipe is a people pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk (.25 cup - either fresh or make your own - see notes)
  • 3 tablespoons blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • If you have the powdered buttermilk, make that first
  • Add all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
  • Stir with a rubber spatula until combined
  • Take a fork and break up some of the bigger pieces of blue cheese, or not - your choice
  • Place it in the fridge for 1/2 hour, it will thicken up
  • Transfer to a pourer
  • Pour
  • Eat
  • Smile
  • Enjoy

Notes

Helpful tips
  • I use a powdered buttermilk but you can buy it fresh from the store or make it yourself by adding 1 tablespoon of either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk. Let it rest for 10 minutes before using.
