3tablespoonsbuttermilk(.25 cup - either fresh or make your own - see notes)
3tablespoonsblue cheese
2tablespoonssour cream
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
2teaspoonswhite wine vinegar
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
If you have the powdered buttermilk, make that first
Add all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Stir with a rubber spatula until combined
Take a fork and break up some of the bigger pieces of blue cheese, or not - your choice
Place it in the fridge for 1/2 hour, it will thicken up
Transfer to a pourer
Pour
Eat

Helpful tips
I use a powdered buttermilk but you can buy it fresh from the store or make it yourself by adding 1 tablespoon of either apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk. Let it rest for 10 minutes before using.
