  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a small mixing bowl add all the herbs and spices and mix it together with a spoon
  3. Dribble a few tablespoons olive oil in the bottom of a medium baking pan
  4. Place the chicken thighs on top of the oil
  5. Sprinkle the herb mixture on top of the chicken
  6. Dribble a few more tablespoons of oil on top of the chicken
  7. Place baking pan in the oven and bake for 35 minutes
  8. Place a few thighs on a plate and add some vegetables
  9. Cut into chicken
  10. Eat
  11. Smile
  12. Enjoy
