Sauteed Beet Greens
These delicious and nutritious beet greens are so easy to make! A great addition to any main dish!

- 6 beet greens from 6 beets, washed and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat a sauté pan or wok on medium
Add beet greens and stand over them and stir them while they sauté
After 5 minutes, add garlic and salt
Sauté for another 2 minutes
Beet greens should be darker in color and slightly limp
Place greens into serving bowl and run to the table
Plop on plate with main dish or use as salad greens
Eat
