Herb Roasted Cauliflower
This flavorful and delicious roasted cauliflower is a hit at your next meal!

- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets of various sizes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or more if needed
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Place cut up cauliflower in large mixing bowl
Add the olive oil, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder tarragon, salt and pepper
Mix with rubber spatula, coating all the florets
Place on pizza stone or lined jelly roll pan
Place pan in oven
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring and flipping every 10 minutes
Remove
Glory in the roastedness
Spoon cauliflower into serving bowl
Snag a floret with your fingers and pop it in your mouth
Place bowl on table
Spoon onto plate along with a yummy main dish
