Avocado Mayonnaise

This healthy, slightly spicy mayonnaise is truly delicious and a great condiment on your sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado halved, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Get a medium mixing bowl
  • Scoop out the avocado and add to the bowl
  • Mash with either fork or back of a tablespoon
  • Add onion powder, chipotle powder, lime juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
  • Mix with rubber spatula
  • Scoop into jar
  • Spoon some in your mouth
  • Dart your eyes around looking for competition
  • Hide jar in refrigerator
  • Spread on bread
  • Eat from jar
  • Smile and enjoy
