These decadent Guinness truffles are so satisfying. Small enough that you don't feel guilty eating one.....or two.......

Ingredients
1
kg
dark chocolate
broken into smaller pieces for easy melting ( I used 36 ounces)
400
ml
cream
1.69 cups
100
ml
Guinness Stout
1
zest
orange
3
tablespoons
Shredded coconut
for garnish
Instructions
In a saucepan, on medium heat, bring cream and Guinness to a light boil
Add chopped up chocolate and zest of orange
Stir until chocolate melted
Take pan off of the burner and let mixture cool
Either roll into balls or spoon into little muffin cups
If you roll them, place in coconut and roll them around until fully coated
If you use muffin cups, sprinkle coconut on as many as the truffles as you like. I keep some plain
Place in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours to set the chocolate
